Employee Assistance Programme

Background
We all have a lot to juggle. Our lives are busy as we try to balance work, family, relationships, finances and health, as well as planned or unplanned life events. Sometimes meeting the demands of work and personal life can feel like a real challenge.

We have invested in an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) as we recognise that sometimes you may need some advice or support which the EAP can provide whenever you need it.

The EAP is provided by Workplace Options so that you have an entirely confidential service that is independent from your employer.

How can I access the service?
Access is easy. No matter when, no matter where, you have access to professional support to help you balance your work, family and personal life.

The service is completely free and confidential to Trust staff and there is no limit to the number of issues you can gain support on.

The EAP service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can contact them in a range of ways from within and outside the UK.
